Is there something on my face?

It's a moment to mark on the calendar... it's monumental... unheard of! That's right, Jenny let Levi feed himself something messy. I think it's a bean dip that he's already eaten the bread for - for the record. Cute and awesomely messy!

Vacuuming with Mama!

Our friend Roxy came to visit us in Chicago this week! I unfortunately didn't get to see her, but I talked to her on the phone when Jenny locked them (including herself) out of the apartment....

They got back in :)

This weekend was craziness! Between parties, Levi enjoyed some R&R with his Nani and the piano - and a pretzel stick.

We celebrated my Mom's Grandma's (Maude) 90th birthday this weekend! Here are the three Great Great Grandchildren.

All the parents tried to get the kids attentions by yelling "yay!" and clapping; Levi thought it was too loud. :(

"Look, I'm listening... give me a cookie!"

Yes, I'm convinced that is how he thinks. He's devious.

"The cookies are ov'r dere"

Here are the five generations on my side

Unfortunately, we haven't been able to get Mr. Personality to do the spin dance on camera, but I did teach him something inappropriately hilarious. That's what Daddies are for!

Have a great week everyone! We're headed to Canada for Thanksgiving to visit the awesome Roundys and practice our French! "Wee Wee!" (I guarantee that spelling isn't even correct) We'll post from Canada with some awesome international material but until then enjoy the rest of the week and thanks for checking in.... again! And please pray for all the girls in Chicago whose dresses burned up in the fire this evening... good-bye Eva's Bridal... :(

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO NANNY MAUDE, KINDRA, AND Lil' JANE!!!

"May the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart be pleasing to you, O LORD, my ROCK and my REDEEMER." ~Psalm 19:14

I guess that just proves what a lazy mom I am... the only way I can get Tate to eat anything is if I slop it on his tray. Sometimes I can sneak a spoon in there, but that kid is a constant mess. Heck, so are the other two.

Love the pictures of the great-grandkids. He looks so sad! And then so happy! Gotta love bribery!!! (I do)

My goodness he has the cutest laugh ever! You can't help but smile watching that! Casey- next time he's in the swing, stand in front of him and pretend to fall when he comes forward. Good times.

Have fun in Canada! I am jealous!! Happy Thanksgiving to you guys!!!

Bompa and I were laughing right along with Levi. Such a happy little boy. Have a great Thanksgiving you three. We, of course, will miss you terribly, but our thoughts and love go with you, and prayers for a save and fun trip.
Love you all,
