(Yes, Tigue does "shhhh" with his finger in his nose)
Welcome to another TheJonesPod update! We got a little lagged with our trip up to Michigan for a wedding and time with family, but we're back home and back in business. We'll go back to Levi's birthday a week ago Friday and get you caught up on all the fun over the last two weeks... here we go!
There was not a lot to report during the week leading up to Levi's birthday. I worked a lot and Jenny didn't take many pictures. However, her and boys had lots of fun with friends and Tigue started to get this walking and standing thing down...
"I'm so excited for my Bro-Bro's birthday!"
For Levi's birthday we went to the zoo and the first thing you have to do is always feed the cows!
Then you have to pet the goats...
which Levi responded to by saying, "Oh my goodness, so cool"

"Hmmmm.... what to see next?"
We got to spend the day at the zoo with a few of Levi's little friends. One of the sweethearts is little Penny, who is all cuteness! Here they are on the bus ride home.
We ended Levi's birthday with a road trip to Michigan for our friend Christina's wedding. Look at this beautiful little pair!

The reception was not complete without a trip over to the neighbors to feed the horses; they were extremely friendly.
After a fun day at the wedding and reception it was another long car ride to Jenny's aunt and uncle's lake house...
Napping in the car is awesome!
And how do you end a great day?
With a boat ride and a smile!
Levi wasn't so certain...
But with a little help from Mama, he was back to having fun!
Bed time!
We spent all last week up at lake house. It was a great time and Levi loved to be outside and hang out by the dock throwing rocks in the water and playing fetch with the dogs.
Yes, I introduced the boys to Pac-Man!
And Levi got his first real look at some serious action figures
He got kind of possessive...
Tigue on the other hand, was perfecting his Bocce ball toss

On the trip home after a great week up north, Jenny decided to get a little artsy with the camera...

We made it back home safe and sound!
Back at home...
We got Levi a bike and helmet for his birthday...
Tigue is also a fan!
But they are still a little big for him. However, the key thing to note here is that Tigue officially prefers walking to crawling as of Friday, August 3rd!
That's more like it!
Tigue is SO vicious with his little claws and we finally have documented proof!
After two fun filled weeks...
this is what you hope every day can end with...
Two more weeks down, this busy season/summer is going by fast and we're having lots of fun. I'm glad we've been able to balance the two hectic schedules and make the most of the nice weather and time together. Have a great week everyone and thank you for checking in!
