Oh my.... SO MUCH HAPPENED!!!!

Welcome to one of the busiest weeks we've had in a while. There was something big going on everyday! I'll warn you this post is extra LONG, I hope you don't mind :)
We love that Levi expresses himself... currently, that involves a lot of pink and sparkly things and the occasional satchel.

This past week Jenny and Levi went out to Romeoville again to hang out with Brittany and the kids. It was your typical DAY... OF... FUN!

Swinging at the park...

and making the boys do cute things...

This past Friday, Jenny and I got the chance to see Brian Regan up in Milwaukee. Chris and Sarah graciously offered to watch Levi!

Hi Levi!

Light!

That's a big ducky!

"Let me out!"

A nice pink book...

Cute Levi-sitters!
Thanks again guys!

This weekend we had the joy of having Macs and Mykalanne come visit! First stop... Hershey's Store and Jamba Juice!

"Mama, check out my new instrument!"

Impressive, he's playing it with his nose

The big teenagers - Mykalanne you need some age-appropriate PJs!

We also made a trip to the Museum of Science and Industry. Jenny made her way through a U-boat exhibit. Fancy!

We control the weather!

More baby chicks!

Look familiar...?

Hovering balls!

LONG DAY!

What can I say, the kid is DANG cute!

"What does a dinosaur say, Levi?"
"RAAAAARRRRRR!"

NEW CARSEAT - COWMOOFLAGE!
(Thanks again G-Woo and Grampa Mokey!)

Playing in the packaging

"Check out my new crib!"

Time for a haircut, mullet boy!
A few cuts in...
Lookin' good
"Hey John Michael, I've got a new do!"

Texting his homies

It's getting there...
"I feel weird..."
WOW! That was a busy week! Hopefully things won't be as crazy this weekend. Thank you again for stopping by and unfortunately we don't have pictures, but welcome to the outside world Caleb Matthew Tengler! We were so glad to meet you and if anyone would like to see him check out the Tenglers' blog linked to the right. We'll leave you with a little afternoon with Levi... on a VERY good day! Enjoy! And I hope you enjoyed all the exclamation points :)

"But blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in HIM. He will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit." ~Jeremiah 17:7-8

Quarter Century Mama!

Happy Birthday to Jenny! That's right, Levi's Mama turned 25 this past week (Oct. 3) and we had a weekend of celebrations and cakes! The picture below has nothing to do with Jenny's birthday weekend but it is of Levi being our little ham, which is why you're here, right?!

The weather is-a-changin'. Levi got some outside practice by sporting one of his MANY winter hats.

The good old baby powder... we've been told that boys continue to go back to the same things you say no to over and over again... Levi is no exception, but we have figured out the proper way to disipline the little sociopath - timeouts!

Let the weekend begin! Friday - hanging out with Aunt Dru and Brywyn at the Chocolate Factory and Four Seasons. Levi had to check out the electronics.

He loves his new bat from Aunt Dru! Yes, the "Levi presents whenever we get presents" has begun... pray for us :)

The JonesPod on their way back home Friday night; Levi wasn't ready to go.

Saturday morning I was finishing up a repair on the Norcutts' computer. Levi was a vital contributor to the final solution. Check out that hair!

So close and yet so far...

There we go! That's right Levi, make sure the parts are well grounded :)

Down in Crown Point, IN Jenny and I got awesome Aunt Marty haircuts. We also decided to give Levi some face time with the stylist chair. And yes, I always have to wear the leapard print smock... not sure why.

Sunday is here! Jenny's actual real life birthday! At Gospel Community (aka Bible Study) Jenny was surprised with a Janel Toal original and her son Aidan helped with candle removal.

Levi enjoyed some quality cake too!

I took out the garbage Sunday night and Jenny insisted that I wear shoes. She threw her slip-ons to me... I should have seen this one coming (pretty, huh?!).

And so the weekend of celebrations came to an end, but not without a little extra mischief from Levi. His new favorite thing is boxes; climbing on them, in them, opening, closing, tearing... you get the idea. Being our little boy!

Well, that's all folks (picture Porky Pig at the end of a Looney Tunes cartoon)! If you didn't notice, check out the list of Levi words to the right. He's become quite the conversationalist. Thanks again for checking in and have a wonderful week!
